I've been having chats with another person about coming on board as an "assistant" in my business. For the remainder of this year - due to time contraints on her part - she is happy to help out with some tasks, mostly related to admin and maintenance of realmums, for no remuneration. Well, a free Club membership and not paying for events - which I think is a fair call.
Next year, there are plenty of options open to us.
I have had a quick chat with a solicitor about it, as I want to do it properly from day one - so am whipping up a Non-discolsure and a Confidentiality agreement. She will have access, obviously to some admin areas on the site and to running procedures and instructions.
Is there anything else I need to do, do you think? A non-compete agreement, or can I stick that clause in one of the other documents? What do I absolutely need to make sure I have in these documents??
THe solicitor will be going over them before The Signing takes place - but just wanna make sure I have it all first time, so I'm not mucking around with it all.
